Like with any new skill you want to master, repetition is key to learning and lasting transformation.
As we move through the program go back and practice the same meditations from previous days to consolidate your learning. You can find all the meditations on this page for easy access.
Remember, the idea is to repeat the same meditations many times, so that you get familiar with the guidance and give your brain an opportunity to carve out new neural pathways towards greater focus, effectiveness and wellbeing.
Meditations that have been shared in the program already will show as playable, others will be unlocked as the day they are released is made available to you.
