Technical Help
I would like to change my password to the membership site. How can I do that?

Please login to the membership area and navigate to My Account. You may then update your password. Be sure to record your new password in a safe place!

I don’t seem to be able to get into the membership site. What is the problem?

Please check your username and password closely. If there are any spaces before or after the password this will cause an error or any extra characters when you enter them in it will not work. Try copy and pasting the details from one of our emails to you. Be sure to record your passwords in a safe place especially if you change them!

I've forgotten my password or am having trouble accessing the members area. How can I do that?

Please visit the login page here. You may then click the “FORGOT PASSWORD” link. Enter in the email address you purchased the program with and your login details will be sent to you.

Why am I getting a 1 click link to access the program? Is this safe?

We have found that for people accessing the website on a mobile that it can cause difficulties in entering the correct login details. We have now provided and will provide you each day of Mindful In May a one click link that once clicked will log you straight into the members area to the current day.

This technology is perfectly safe. No sensitive data is stored on our servers or within the members area.

If you are not seeing a one click link in your emails please reach out to us at support after 24hrs. If you have only just joined the program it may take until the following day for your link to be generated.

I'm not getting my emails what do I do?

If you have registered to the challenge and haven’t received your email here are some things you can try:

  • Check your spam and junk mail folder for emails from Mindful in May
  • Make sure you have the [email protected] saved in your contacts as otherwise the emails can end up in your spam or junk mail
  • If you are doing Mindful in May from work check with your IT that there isn’t a firewall blocking our emails. If there us you may need to change to your personal email.
  • Visit this page for specific instructions on implementing the above in your email provider.

I'd like to change the email that I get Mindful in May delivered to. How do I do that?

Please use the form below to reach out to us stating clearly the original email address you purchased with AND the email that you now want to receive communications to.

I would like to change my username to the Mindful in May membership site. How can I do that?

Please login to the membership area and navigate to My Account which you’ll find in the top right of the screen. You may then update your username. Your username does not have to be an email address. Please note, by updating your email here it DOES NOT update the email we have on file for your email communications.

Accessing the Program
How do I access the course materials?

Please go to the login page here and enter in your name and password. Password is case sensitive and be sure their are no extra trailing spaces at the beginning or end of the password. You would have received an email with your login and password details. Please check your spam folder for emails from Mindful in May or email us using the form below.

How long do I have access to the Mindful in May membership site for?

You will have access to the Mindful in May program for the entire month of May. You will get two downloadable meditations from each week and guest meditations will be streaming during the campaign. You will be able to watch all of the video interviews throughout May but they are not downloadable. 

Is there a way for me to purchase program content to use beyond Mindful in May?

Yes. You will have an opportunity to extend your membership and be part of the Mind Life Project 6 month mindfulness booster program. You will be emailed about this in the second week of May. If you are interested in this you can also use the contact form below to register your interest.

How do I get access to the bonuses I bought?

You will get access to the bonus material in the second week of May. Login to the MIM membership site and visit the page called BONUSES (located top right of the membership site).

How do I get into the Private Facebook Group?

The Private Facebook community is for registered MIM participants only. You can request to join the group by clicking on the “COMMUNITY” button at the bottom of the membership site.

Billing
Where can I get a receipt for the Mindful in May course?

You were sent an auto-receipt via email when you made this payment. If you cannot find it please check your spam folder and immediately mark us as a safe sender so all our correspondence reaches you from this time on.

You can search for this subject line
“[MIM] Mindful In May registration invoice”

If your receipt is not in your spam folder. Please then login to the Members area and go to My Account in the top right of the membership welcome page and you can find the receipt to save or print.  Please contact us using the form below for further help.
